Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with their original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
